Peach & Form sells a personalized digital training program ("the Program") as a downloadable PDF. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales taxes such as VAT.

The Program is generated from the answers you provide in our quiz. Please make sure your answers are accurate.

Digital content and withdrawal: because the Program is delivered immediately after purchase, you agree at checkout that delivery begins straight away. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. If something is wrong with your Program, contact us and we will make it right.

Licence: the Program is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, share publicly or redistribute it.

What we collect: your quiz answers (including your first name), and — through Lemon Squeezy — your email address and payment details. We never see or store your full card details. If you choose 'Email me my plan preview', we store your email address and quiz answers together with the time you gave consent.

Why: to generate and deliver your Program, to let you re-download it, and to provide support. Orders are kept for up to 13 months so your download link keeps working. Plan-preview emails: we send the preview you asked for and at most one reminder 24 hours later — never a newsletter — and the reminder is cancelled automatically if you buy. Saved plans are deleted after 60 days.

Storage and processors: quiz answers you haven't submitted stay only in your own browser. Orders and saved plans are stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Upstash). Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page views and see which quiz steps people complete. These never include your name or email address.

Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@peachandform.com. Every plan-preview email also has a one-click link to cancel the reminder.

Cookies: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Retailers you visit through affiliate links set their own cookies under their own policies.

The Program and all content on this website are general fitness information, not medical advice, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
